Nose: A slice of toasted rye bread covered in vanilla butter and honey, with warm tones of soft hay and a slightly floral note.

Palate: The palate first brings out shortbread cookies and a hint of spiced caramel which give way to a bit of earth and thoughts of dusty leather.

Finish: A long finish.
