Nose: Ripe, freshly picked strawberry notes, with a subtle, but intriguing, Juniper undertone.

Palate: An initial first taste gives a burst of strawberries and cream, followed by the lingering ripeness of summer fruit, juniper berry, and coriander.

Finish: Finish of squirty cream.
