A cold brew collaboration between Redcastle and their neighbours, Sacred Grounds Coffee Company. Here, Redcastle's already heavenly spiced rum gets an added kick with cold brew coffee made from ethical and sustainably sourced beans, roasted just down the road in Arbroath, Angus. The cold brew treatment results in a much lower acidity brew, allowing all of the big chocolate and fruity notes to shine alongside the Angus distilled spiced rum. The result is a standout coffee liqueur thats great over ice. But coffee makes everything better, so shake up those Espresso Martinis, douse vanilla ice cream for an Affogato, and spice up your hot chocolates.

Distillery Information

Redcastle Scottish Gin is part of the Toll House Spirits company based in Arbroath Angus, and combines a management team with a wealth of experience. Fiona Walsh – (20 years sales & marketing experience in the global drinks industry. Graduate of European Business Studies with Languages, mum of 2 young boys). Fiona manages the day to day running of the business and handles all sales related enquiries. John Walsh – (20 years of telesales, people management and project management experience. Graduate of Geography from Queen’s University, Belfast and dad to 2 young boys). John manages the production, forecasting and dry goods procurement. He also takes care of all our stock taking & online. Angela Jarron – Angela has focused the last 20 years on bringing up her 2 children and supporting her husband with his business. She brings a wealth of retail experience, an exceptional eye for detail and brilliant people skills. Angela will support Fiona in the day to day running of the business as well as heading up events & retail.
