This particular edition was created from a single barrel of bourbon that was aged for 8 years in a new, charred American oak barrel. The bourbon was then bottled at 59.6 proof, with a 375 ml bottle size. On the nose, the Righteous Road Barrel Reserve offers aromas of caramel, toffee, oak and vanilla. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and creamy, with notes of oak, caramel and vanilla. The finish is long, with lingering notes of oak, caramel and vanilla.
