The Botanist Cask Rested Gin embodies Bruichladdich Distillery’s Whisky-making heritage and botanical expertise. This Islay dry gin has been matured for a minimum of six months in a selection of fine casks.

The fragrant notes of 22 hand-foraged botanicals combined with wood spices create a vibrant and complex cuvée that redefines what gin can be.

Nose: Enticing array of candied fruits, sweet fleshy orange, warming cinnamon, coconut, and almonds, inviting exploration.

Palate: Soft and elegant with a delightful complexity, featuring a harmonious blend of botanicals and spices.

Finish: Fresh herbal notes, juniper, coriander, and citrus emerge in a refreshing rush, leaving a satisfying conclusion.

Distillery Information

Bruichladdich Distillery is a distillery on the Rhinns of the isle of Islay in Scotland. The distillery produces mainly single malt Scotch whisky, but has also offered artisanal gin. It is owned by Rémy Cointreau and is one of eight working distilleries on the island.
