It’s made with a single origin pot and column distilled rum that is blended and bottled less than two miles from the famous docks, using real Salford honey. It’s a sweet tribute to the dock workers (also known as worker bees), and a celebration of the area’s history.

Nose: A smooth and intense rum with top notes of honey and floral undertones, supported by honeycomb, caramel and butterscotch.
Palate: Great served over ice or in cocktails.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
