The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Bettinelli Sleeping Lady Vineyard is more finesse driven and elegant, with a gorgeous sensuality in its weight and texture. Loaded with notions of red plums, cassis, incense, and dried flowers, this beauty is full-bodied, seamless and super elegant, with fine, fine tannin, and a great finish.

• Wine Advocate: Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Sleeping Lady offers up intense crème de cassis, blueberry pie and dark chocolate notes with hints of smoked meat, incense, cigar boxes and charcoal. Concentrated and packed with black fruits and spice layers in the mouth, it has a beautiful, lively backbone and firm, grainy tannins to support, finishing long and savory.

• James Suckling: You can see the Yountville tile and berry character. Chili undertones. Full to medium body, firm and silky tannins and a flavorful finish. Very fine textured. Needs two or three years.

Fait-Main is the smallest and most intimate of all my wine projects – a true family-run operation. I don’t have a platoon of assistant winemakers. We don’t have sales reps or third-party distributors. The hands that make Fait-Main really are ours. This year, Nikita and I decided to throw open the cellar and invite you to savor Fait-Main’s entire lineup of exquisite 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wines. We have never before offered access to an entire vintage at the same time, but these wines demanded something extraordinary. In addition, since we will not be releasing a 2020 vintage, these wines are the only Fait-Main Napa Valley wines available until the 2021 collection is ready for release in 2023 The 2019 Fait-Main Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a landmark vintage for Las Piedras, as we included a new block of clone 337 for the first time. This subtle addition has brought greater complexity and wonderful textures to the assemblage. This is Las Piedras at its best: a powerful, aromatic core packed with crème de cassis, graphite, lavender and blackberry notes, shaded by graceful red and blue fruit and grounded in the site’s signature minerality – plus a finish that refuses to end. Our 2019 Fait-Main Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is another stunning wine from an iconic vineyard. This site always delivers ultra-silky tannins and luminous fruit, but the 2019 vintage is exceptionally seductive and exuberant, with an abundance of luscious blue and black fruit and wonderfully plush textures. Fragrant spice, incense, chocolate, and tobacco leaf notes round out the experience. The 2019 Fait-Main Bettinelli Sleeping Lady Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is truly the best vintage we have ever seen from this site, bar none. The fruit from these alluvial soils in the Yountville AVA offers a wealth of elegant aromatics, with loads of blackcurrant interlaid with fragrant tobacco, cedarwood, and earth notes. This vintage is a treasure you will enjoy for years to come.
