Ruby red. On the Nose: Graham cracker, rose petals, nectarine, a hint of soy sauce with nuances of terroir salinity and limestone. Seamless palate with notes of ruby red grapefruit, rosebud, red apple, limestone, smore on the finish and a touch of salinity.

This bottling is a good example, with bright and fresh aromas of sour cherry, raspberry sorbet, white pepper and juniper. Oscillations in warm and cold are further improved by the Pismo Venturi effect that clears the evening fog.
