Producer Information

Caroline Parent is a winemaker from France, burgundy. The wines are made at the family’s facility in Beaune, which they renovated and moved into in 1998. Previously, the Gros and Parent production had been spread over three different cellars in Vosne-Romanée, Savigny-lès-Beaune, and Pommard – quite a logistical nightmare, as you could imagine. The new facility gives them ample room to do everything in one place, with a little room left over for Caroline’s project as well. The wines are made by Caroline, her father, and her brother Matthias, and her fruit sources are impeccable.
