The Fontaine Gagnard estate produces great Burgundy wines from prestigious appellations such as Chassagne Montrachet , Bâtard Montrachet, Volnay and Pommard, considered to be among the greatest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of the Côte de Beaune .The family's experience and talent as well as the great terroirs in Premier Crus and Grand Crus have made the estate famous.Fontaine Gagnard is a family estate created in 1985, today managed by the third generation, embodied by Céline who joined the estate in 2007. For several centuries, the family has been in the middle of the vine. The estate has remained on a human scale with its 12 hectares of vines, mainly located in Chassagne-Montrachet where the family owns ten 1er Crus! The family also owns a few hectares in Volnay and Pommard .
