      Producer Information

Joel Gott Wines is a wine company based in St Helena, California, making a broad range of wine from California, Oregon and Washington. It is known for its multi-vineyard and multi-region wines that emphasize varietal character. The flagship of the wine portfolio is the "Gott" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from a combination of fruit from south Napa Valley, Howell Mountain and St Helena. The Joel Gott 815 California Cabernet Sauvignon, as with the rest of the range, is priced at a more everyday level and sourced from all over California. It sees around 16 months in American oak. The range also includes Santa Barbara Pinot Noir, California unoaked Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache and Zinfandel, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, and a Washington Columbia Valley Riesling and red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. Wines are made in a number of custom crush facilities around California. Reds are generally fermented in stainless steel tanks, but the use of oak varies throughout the range. Since 2009, Joel Gott has been apart of the Trinchero Family Estate portfolio.
