Because of this unique combination of micro-climate, soil, and altitude; our agaves develop complex characteristics, high sugar content, and flavors unlike any other agaves on the planet.
Alderete Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: The initial impact has smooth caramel scents with woody undertones and a pleasing cooked agave overtone.
Palate: oming in waves of sweet, floral, and fruity, the aroma is rich with pineapple and mango, with the palate featuring hints of vanilla, caramel, and maple, and finally delicate tinges of mint and rosemary, all wrapped around the intense taste of roasted agave.
Finish: Lingering.
