The nose is magnificent, combining aromas of ripe apples, dried apricot, and also revealing a slight woody note that highlights vanilla, toast, and dried hay. A rich nose of great terroir. On the palate, we find strong character, very expressive. Tastes of apple skin bring density and structure. On the finish, citrus fruits and white fruits persist.
