Nose: Aromas of potato skins and biscuits swirl on the nose.

Palate: Warm, buttery palate filled with notes of soy.

Finish: The finish is deep and surprising, with lingering hints of sweet potatoes.

Distillery Information

Boyd & Blair is made from 100% Pennsylvanian potatoes. The vodka is triple-batch distilled in a 1200-liter copper hybrid still. The vodka is filled, waxed, and corked by hand.
