The double aging process results in a smooth and complex rum that is full-bodied and sweet. The rum is aged in oak barrels for eight to twelve years, imparting a deep amber color and aromas of vanilla, caramel, and oak. It has a smooth and sweet flavor with notes of toffee, oak, and spice.
