Cambridge Limited Vintage Autumn/Winter 2022 Gin | 700ML

This seasonal release from the Cambridge Distillery is produced entirely with distillates of botanicals harvested in the final six months of 2022. This was the coldest foraging season yet for the folks at Cambridge, but they succeeded in gathering the likes of cobnut, bay leaf, blackberry, lemon thyme, and anise hyssop, each distilled individually before being expertly blended.

Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Smooth texture.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.

Distillery Information

The Cambridge Distillery was created by couple William and Lucy Lowe, to make gins that capture the taste of the English seasons using botanicals grown in and around Cambridge. William was inspired by Lucy to make gin, as she loved it so much. The couple were entirely self-funded, so instead of investing in an expensive copper still they initially built their own vacuum distillation equipment.
