A highly limited 25th Anniversary expression from Cava de Oro, made from 100% Blue Weber agave and matured for an exceptional 10 years in oak. The extended maturation creates a deeply developed profile of caramel, vanilla, maple, dried fruit, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and warm spice, while the elevated 44% ABV gives the tequila additional richness and structure.

Nose: Rich caramel, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried fruit, and toasted oak with a deep, mature agave sweetness.

Palate: Velvety and full-bodied, with dark caramel, maple, vanilla cream, roasted nuts, dried fruit, baking spice, and polished oak. Sweet cooked agave remains underneath the pronounced barrel character.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering maple, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, and subtle dark chocolate.

The producer specializes in 100% Blue Weber agave and places considerable emphasis on extended barrel maturation and luxurious presentation. Its extra añejo releases are designed around a rich, dessert-like style in which mature agave is complemented by caramel, vanilla, oak, and dried-fruit character. The 25th Anniversary edition represents one of the brand's most extensively aged commemorative releases.
