The coffee beans are slowly macerated and then distilled in the 19th-century alembic stills at the famous Distillerie Combier in the Loire Valley in France. This doesn't have the cloying sweetness of some coffee liqueurs, and weighs in at a bold 40% ABV, making it a grown-up choice for your favourite coffee cocktails.
