Distilled in 1992 and matured for the first ten years of its life in an American white oak bourbon barrel from a Kentucky distillery, followed by nine years in a European oak port pipe to create a hugely complex dram!

Dalmore Constellation 1992 Cask 18 makes up part of the Dalmore Constellation collection, pulling together all vintage releases from 1964 right through to 1992 for the first time ever. This collection of single cask expressions is extremely desirable by whisky collectors worldwide. This particular 1992 release was aged for 10 years in ex-Bourbon American white oak from a distillery in the Depp South of Kentucky, while the remaining 9 years of its life was spent in European port pipes for a complex and deep rich blend of aromas and flavours.
Distillery Information
"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
