Deadhead is a Mexican rum made from cane juice and molasses, Deadhead Dark Chocolate Monkey ** is the brand's second vintage, bottled in a monkey's head, emblematic of Mayan rites and traditions, and is based on a fermentation process using water from the snow-covered peaks of the Poyautécati volcano. The Deadhead Dark Chocolate Monkey is made in a family business in Chiapas.
