Distillery Information

The history of Domaine de Joÿ goes back to Paul and Marguerite Gessler, originally from Switzerland, who settled in Joÿ at the turn of the century. Their love of the terroir has been passed down through the generations, gradually transforming the estate into a sanctuary dedicated to white grape varieties.
