Fielden Harvest 2020 Rye Whisky | 700ML

Fielden Harvest 2020 is the second release in the annual Harvest Rye series, made from grain harvested in 2020. The whisky uses rye, wheat and malted barley grown in England and is matured for at least 47 months in a combination of old and new American oak, with a small portion of STR wine casks. It has a rich, pastry-like character with sweet fruit, caramelised grain and warming spice.

Nose: Apple pastry, banoffee, buttery sweetness, zesty fruit and dried herbs.

Palate: Caramelised biscuits, toasted grain, malt biscuits, flaky pastry and crunchy caramelised nuts.

Finish: Warming ginger and cinnamon with cumin, cardamom and lingering rye spice.

Distillery Information

Fielden, formerly known as The Oxford Artisan Distillery, is an English whisky producer focused on heritage grains and regenerative farming. The distillery works with heritage varieties of rye, wheat and barley grown without synthetic chemical inputs, placing agriculture at the centre of its whisky-making philosophy. In 2024, the brand adopted the Fielden name and began relocating production from Oxfordshire to a new distillery in Yorkshire. Its whiskies continue to emphasize grain character, long fermentation and traditional distillation methods.
