Nose: This hibiscus gin has an equal balance of fig, sage, and thyme throughout.

Palate: Juniper and thyme lead at the forefront, with fresh fig in the body. The addition of sage and other herbs adds a herbal twist to follow on the palate and concluded with a freshness of fig coming to the forefront leaving you with a sweet glowing warmth

Finish: Lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.
