G.E Massenez Creme De Cassis De' Dijon Liqueur

Massenez Creme de Cassis is their version of the famous French black currant liqueur. The "creme" in the label suggests a higher sugar content for a very sweet liqueur which we presume is appropriate for classic cocktails such as mixing with champagne or flavoring martini style cocktails with vodka.

Nose: Clean, typical blackcurrant nose, with no strange notes. The intense nose is an indication of the quality of the selection of the original fruits. Very fruity, persistent and inviting bouquet.

Palate: Palate is Immediate smoothness. Fruity flavours explode in the mouth bringing a fragile sweetness.

Finish: A hint of acidity at the finish to provide the perfect balance of flavours.
