A exceptional vintage 2012 Glen Garioch here. Rum barrel #237 was hand filled at the distillery on the 22nd of September 2016 then bottled in December 2023 at strength of 58.9% abv.

Glen Garioch 2012 Rum Single Cask | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of lime zest, mango and passion fruit

Palate: Sweet notes of juicy orange, marmalade and soft toffee on the palate.

Finish: The finish offers hints of sweet cinnamon.

Distillery Information

Glen Garioch was founded in 1797 by John Manson, making it one of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland. During the 1800s it was a powerhouse of a distillery, producing a malt of great renown.
