This Speyside single malt is the 6th release from The GlenDronach Cask Strength series. Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks from Andalucia, the Master Blender has selected the ideal marriage of these casks to create this limited edition, bottled without chill-filtration at a natural cask strength of 56.1% abv.
Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 6 Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: Sherried peels and thick-cut marmalade. Almonds and handfuls of dried fruit.
Palate: Christmas pudding, peppered oak and juicy raisins once again.
Finish: Sweet and long, with a touch of hot spices.
