Nose: Rich caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with brown sugar, dried cherry, roasted nuts and gentle baking spice.

Palate: Full and smooth, with caramelized sugar, vanilla, dark fruit and toasted oak complemented by cinnamon, nutmeg and subtle maple.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering vanilla, caramel, seasoned oak and baking spice, followed by a gentle charcoal dryness.

Jack Daniel's was founded by Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and has become one of the world's most recognizable American whiskey brands. The distillery is particularly famous for its charcoal mellowing process, known as the Lincoln County Process, which takes place before the whiskey enters the barrel. Jack Daniel's matures its whiskey in new, charred American oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop its characteristic caramel, vanilla and oak notes.
