From Mackmyra's wonderful Moments series comes the Fjällmark single malt Swedish whisky. This expression was finished in casks that held previously cloudberry wine, as well as casks that held Pedro Ximénez sherry and Oloroso sherry. The name Fjällmark translates to 'Mountain Land', which sounds awesome.

Nose: Poached pear and hot chocolate, with a hint of nutmeg hiding underneath.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
