However, the New York Distilling Company has come up with their own Rock & Rye, so you'll never have to be without it again! Mister Katz's Rock & Rye is a combination of their youthful rye whiskey, rock candy sugar, sour cherries, cinnamon and a touch of citrus, bottled at 32.5% ABV. Gorgeously sweet with a handsome, warming depth of spice, this makes for superb sipping over ice, and can be used in cocktails too. Try it as an alternative for the rye in a Manhattan!

Nose: Brandied cherries, buttered malt loaf and aniseed balls. Fragrant notes of freshly baked rye bread waft up more and more the longer it's in your glass. Candied orange peels too.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
