Perfect Vodka

In 2005, two exceptional French distilleries — Grandes Distilleries Peureux and Brie Champagne Distilleries — decided to form a unique partnership, sharing knowledge between farmers, the millers of Brie Champagne (whose traditions of quality date back to the Middle Ages) and the distillers themselves. Applying the rigorous standards of terroir typically associated with French wine and brandy, the distilleries ultimately created their own, completely unique brand of vodka: Perfect Vodka.

Perfect Vodka Tasting Notes

Nose: Creamy and slightly floral aroma.

Palate: Notes of lavender, honeycomb and sweet peppers.

Finish: Soft notes of mint and toast.

Distillery Information

To craft Perfect Vodka, local "froment" wheat is harvested from the plains of Brie Champagne — the only French distillery specializing exclusively in the distilling of wheat — where it is fermented into a wort, distilled and filtered on-site. Afterword, the maturing, blending and bringing to proof occurs at Grandes Distilleries Peureux, which sources water directly from a nearby spring in the foothills of the Vosges Mountain. The distillers here use distinctively French techniques that have been inherited from the production and blending of local eau-de-vie and other famous fruit brandies.
