Detailed Description
This 100% blue agave mezcal is made in Oaxaca, Mexico, using traditional techniques and time-honored methods. The distillery uses both stone and wood ovens to roast the agave piñas in a wood-fired oven, then distills the blue agave juice in a copper pot still. The mezcal is then aged in oak barrels for at least two years.
