Distilled from a mash bill of corn and barley, the whisky is aged in new white oak casks, first-fill bourbon casks, and Canadian whisky casks for a rich, full-bodied profile that ought to shine in a Maple Old Fashioned.

Nose: Caramel and candied pecans join cinnamon snaps, vanilla, nutmeg, and woody spice.
Palate: Rich and sweet with butterscotch, caramelised nuts, vanilla, poached stone fruits, and buttery pastry, with toasted oak and gentle spice beneath.
Finish: Mouthcoating layers of sweetness and spice.
