Detailed Description
Slated for release each fall, this seasonal whiskey is crafted with 13% local cherrywood-smoked malted barley and aged for a minimum of 15 months (in smaller cooperage) with majority of blends coming from bigger barrels aged above two years and bottled at 46% ABV/95.6 proof. The result is vanilla, some spicy peanuts, toasted oak and chewy rye emerge among a little orange peel.

Nose: Sour cherry, cola cubes and fresh grain mingle with creamy vanilla and allspice.
Palate: Some spicy peanuts, toasted oak and chewy rye emerge among a little orange peel.
Finish: Allspice returns in a satisfying finish.
Distillery Information
Sonoma County Distilling was founded in northern California by San Francisco native Adam Spiegel in 2010. Sonoma Distilling made the old-fashioned way in hand-made Copper Stills, using the finest in Non-GMO California grains to make their whiskies.
