Detailed Description
The second limited edition Swedish single malt whisky from the Spirit of Hven distillery, who plan to release five more whiskies in the Seven Stars series over the next five years. This expression is called Merak, named after one of the stars in Ursa Major constellation (AKA - the Big Dipper / AKA - the Plough). To create this single malt, Spirit of Hven used a mix of American, French and Spanish oak casks to mature their Organic certified spirit. Only 25 casks were blended together, after which it was bottled by hand with no chill-filtration and numbered. "this is one which really commands attention. High quality stuff.
