Duncan Taylor has enjoyed a successful trip to the Strathclyde Distillery because it has returned with another grand old single grain. This one was matured for 33 years between 1990 and 2022, including a finishing period in a tiny octave cask.

Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of delicate flavors, nice and delightful mouthfeel.
Finish: Long, warming finish.
Distillery Information
The distillery was founded in 1927 by Seager Evans and Co. The first spirit was produced in 1928. The company was acquired by Schenley Industries of New York in 1956, who invested heavily in the site, including the addition of a Single malt whisky branded Kinclaith, which started producing in 1958.
