Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Vintage 2005 Sherry casks. Natural colour and non-chill filtered. Carefully crafted, finely balanced, and bringing together the very finest casks from one year, each limited release single malt will then take its rightful place in The Vintage Collection.

Dalmore 2024 Release The Luminary 15 Year Old Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper.

Palate: Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas.

Finish: Vanilla cream, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and light cinnamon warmth.

Distillery Information

In 1839 The Dalmore Distillery was established by Alexander Matheson, a partner in the Hong Kong trading house of Jardine, Matheson & Co, the trading firm which took over from the East India Company and oversaw much of the trade (including opium) in and around China.
