Nose: Honeysuckle, caramel-dipped apple, toasted oak, light floral and exotic fruit notes.

Palate: Vanilla, dark caramel, baking spice, white grape, pear, raspberry sorbet, blueberry, cracked black pepper, dark chocolate, cherry pie.

Finish: Lingering warmth and spice balanced with floral, fruit-forward sweetness and a refined oak character.

Distillery Information

Brook Hill Distillery originally operated during Prohibition under Joseph L. Friedman. The brand was revived by Rare Character, a company known for limited-edition, high-proof bourbons. The "Scarlet" edition honors the historic Brook Hill legacy, offering rich flavor and collectible appeal.
