      Detailed Description

This brink red colored Pinot Noir opens with a red cherry and orange marmalade bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is stony minerality and red plum blend with notes of orange zest.
We also picked up some hints of loam throughout. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this Pinot with German Jagerschnitzel.

        Producer Information
