Deep garnet-purple in color it features beautifully expressive notes of crème de cassis chocolate-covered cherries and baked plums with a fragrant earthy undercurrent and waft of tar. The palate is full-bodied and chock-full of densely laden black fruits supported by ripe grainy tannins and a lively backbone giving a long savory finish.
