The Sensale Grillo Bio is a straw yellow colour and on the palate it is balanced, savoury and fruity at the same time. Citrus notes and persistent floral mingle with ginger spice and lovely fresh acidity.

One of largest wineries in Sicily, Sibiliana Vini uses the latest in modern winemaking technology to produce this range of wines from indigenous Sicilian grapes. The three quality levels of Grillo and Nero d’Avola show the grapes in increasing levels of complexity culminating in the Sensale Organic wines.
