This single cask expression from Islay's Ardbeg distillery has been matured for 15 years in cask no. 428, before bottling at a natural cask strength of 52.8% abv. Limited to just 274 individually numbered bottles, this expression has been bottled by MWBH Bottling Co. as part of their Dream Drams series.
Distillery Information
Ardbeg Distillery, which is situated on the southern coast of Islay, was founded in 1815 by the MacDougall family. Once the peated barley arrives at the distillery, it is milled and mashed with water sourced from Loch Uigeadail, which is situated approximately 3 miles away from the distillery.
