Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.
Palate: Expect soft wood tones with red fruits, strawberry and raspberry alike.
Finish: Milk chocolate and buttercream dominate on the finish.
Distillery Information
Originally called the Blue Springs Distillery, Ben and his brother distilled their first batch of whiskey in 1856, and it sold for 35 cents per gallon. After the death of Ben and David Holladay, the distillery remained in the family through the end of the 1800s.
