Detailed Description
Detailed Description
Four Roses Single Barrel is special enough, but this bottle in particular, is even more so. Acquired from a private collection, this bottle is personally signed by Master Distiller Jim Rutledge himself and dated 6-20-2008.
The real story lies with who Kim is, though. Kim and her husband were Kentucky natives with a love for bourbon. So much so that they collected until it was too much to handle. In their senior, they reached out to a broker and asked for the entire collection to go. It was much to the brokers surprise just how many bottles were signed by Master Distillers, some still with us and some who are not.
To honor the integrity of the autographs, and the story of the bottles, the broker decided to leave the name, story, and history intact.

Distillery Information
Four Roses Distillery is a special place with a special page in history. One of only six distilleries that were permitted to operate during Prohibition to produce medicinal Bourbon, it has an intriguing history. Sitting on the banks of the Salt River in the serene rural part of Kentucky, it saw ups and downs, until it was resurrected in 2002.
