Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Crisp and aromatic with fresh citrus, piney juniper, herbaceous fennel, and warming spice.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Distillery Information

Paul and Tiffany Kerruish founded The Fynoderee Distillery in 2017, with an aim to create spirits with genuine Manx provenance from their Isle of Man home. Starting from their garden shed, the duo have built a brand that creates gins, rums, and vodka, with a single malt whisky, Ushtey Bea Fynoderee, on the way.
