The driest of the Momokawa lineup, Silver is a labor of love that reflects more classic flavors and characteristics of the saké brewed by our teachers in Japan and one that pairs easily with the range of Japanese cuisine. Bright, dry and crisp Silver offers a clean saké with delicate flavors of apple, pear and melon combined with rich minerals and Oregon water notes.

Established in 1992 as a premium Japanese sake importer, SakéOne is committed to exclusively importing some of the finest Japanese sake offerings from producers representing many of Japan’s acclaimed sake producing prefectures.
