This Pennsylvania style rye, with a mash bill of 45% unmalted rye, 30% malted rye, 24% malted barley and 1% chocolate malt, celebrates Ingleside Terrace. Ingleside is a tight knit community that touches the city and forest.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.

Distillery Information

As many ideas are born, this one started with some adult beverages. Two friends and neighbors, trying to stay sane with young children at home during covid lockdown, decided during a backyard bonfire that it’s time to refill this old bottle and bring the past to life. Alas, Reboot Beverages was born, with a focus on reviving the Mt. Pleasant Club Whiskey brand, celebrating its history and giving it a fresh new beginning. Mt. Pleasant Club Whiskey launched with a limited release of the 19th Street batch, paying homage to the street where the old bottle was found. Over time, additional batches will come to market, each having their own unique flavor profile. Each batch will be limited in production quantity.
