New Deal Old Tom Barrel Rested Gin is a limited edition gin from New Deal Distillery in Portland, Oregon. This gin is rested in barrels for a minimum of three months. This process mellows out the strong juniper and other botanical notes, giving the gin a smooth, woody flavor. The aroma of the gin is of juniper, citrus, and a hint of spice. The flavor is of juniper, dried fruit, and an underlying sweetness. The finish is slightly sweet, with a hint of oak and spice. This gin is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
