Peshterska matured rakiya is produced by distilling the selected varieties - Rkatsiteli, Ugni Blanc, Dimyat and Pamid. It is left to age in oak barrels for a period from 6 months to 1 year. It has the classical degree of 40%. Peshterska matured is a repeated winner of national and international awards. World and home tasters and experts recognize it by its distinctive golden, amber colour, the vanilla scent, the delicate soft structure, the exquisite taste of dried vanilla grains and nuts with slight sweet and pepper flavours.
