Rhum Clément Cuvée Homere is the magnum opus of the Rhum Clément Distillery. The rum is a blend of the best rums produced over the past fifteen years at the distillery, each of which was matured either in French Limousin barrique casks or re-charred, American oak barrels.

Rhum Clément Cuvée Homere Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of fresh biscuit, almonds, melted butter and warm spices.

Palate: Notes of hazelnuts, tropical fruits, bananas, chocolate and pepper layer the flavor profile.

Finish: Notes of citrus, oak, honey and cinnamon. and a viscous finish.

Situated in the area of Francois, the Habitation Clement holds an important place in the architectural and industrial patrimony of Martinique with its transformation over time in terms of activity (from sugar cultivation to rum production) and in terms of change in ownership. Owners of Habitation Clement since 1986, the Bernard Hayot Group is committed to developing two aspects of the property. On one hand, the historic Maison Clement, denys its important historic role as producer of exceptional rhum agricole.
