From Black Thistle Distillery's Soilleir range comes this gin! Made in Scotland it's infused with classic botanicals like juniper, coriander, and angelica root, so enjoy this in a classic serve – a G&T with lots of ice and a lemon slice will suffice.

Distillery Information

Based in Brechin, Angus, Black Thistle Distilleries was established in 2018, placing an emphasis on local Scottish botanicals and shimmering spirits. The distillery is home to a pair of 850-litre Carl stills. Its portfolio began with a range of gins, the first of which was launched in 2019, eventually expanding into vodka, and most recently, a rum. All of its spirits are brought down to bottling strength with double-filtered Scottish water before being hand-bottled at the distillery.
